A note from the founders.

Most studios chase outcomes. We chose to chase a way of working.

Temtech Innovations was founded in 2024 by a small group of operators who wanted to build several businesses in parallel — slowly, profitably, and without raising outside capital. The portfolio now runs to six companies across research, infrastructure, consumer software, and climate hardware.

We do not run a fund. We are not a venture firm, an accelerator, or a holdco in the conglomerate sense. We are a studio: a small group of operators that owns and runs companies together.

Three rules govern the studio:

1. OneWe invest our own capital, and we stay in the work.
2. TwoWe say no to almost everything. Six companies is the ceiling.
3. ThreeWe back operators, not pitches. Most of our companies are spun out of internal projects.
